Coming from a family that’s been in real-estate for over 30 years, Pernia has been immersed in this field since her early childhood years. Following in her father’s footsteps, and starting in real-estate herself, she is now working on multitudes of transactions daily – on a team that closes in excess of 500 transactions per year! While many people may not call the home buying or selling process “intimate”, Pernia understands how involved and stressful it can be. Her goal is to ease that stress in the background by making sure her client is protected and informed. Ensuring that every client’s needs are met in the best way possible, Pernia works hard to make her service WORTHY of a referral.
While not working for her clients, Pernia can be found enjoying board game nights with her husband Abraham, curling up on the couch for an intense psychological thriller, or painting.
