My Castle Realty Buyer’s Agent Rebate
Eligibility for refund – Minimum buyer’s agent commission must exceed 1% of sale price or $5,000 (whichever is greater). Refund will show on Buyer’s settlement statement as a credit. If credit is limited by the lender, the balance to be paid in form of check to buyer within 10 days after closing. Buyer’s agent fee subject to change.
My Castle Realty 1 % Listing Fee
Sell your home for a 1% listing fee when you also buy a home with My Castle within 180 days of closing on your home. If your home sells first, we will charge a 1.5% listing fee. When you purchase your next home with My Castle we will write you a check for the 0.5% difference.
Listing fee based on minimums. May vary if Buyer’s agent fee is not available or less than 3%. For example, if the buyer’s agent fee is 2%, listing fee is increased by 1% for a total of 5% (2% listing and 3% buyer agent fee). Listing fee and minimums are subject to change.
